A Summer Camp for Girls Entering Grades 5–8
Looking for a summer experience that is fun, inspiring, creative, and full of new friendships? The Nardin Experience is the perfect way for girls entering grades 5–8 to spend time on Nardin’s beautiful campus while trying exciting activities, meeting amazing mentors, and discovering what makes the Nardin community so special.
This camp is designed just for middle school girls—a place where you can explore your interests, build confidence, and have a blast doing it.
What You’ll Get to Do
Move & Feel Strong
Start your day with Pilates led by Nardin Alum, Leah Nanna '18, who will show you how movement can build strength, confidence, and positive energy.
Cook Like a Pro
Join Danna Berlad of *Feel Good Snacks* to create delicious and healthy recipes. You’ll learn fun cooking skills and get to enjoy what you make!
Relax & Recharge
Take time to breathe, stretch, and reset during yoga sessions with Jamie Saperston designed to help you feel calm, strong, and focused.
Discover Your Confidence
During empowerment workshops with Ally Bouchard, you’ll talk about confidence, leadership, and how to believe in yourself while supporting other girls.
Create Amazing Art
Get creative with artist Ann Marie Bodensteiner, experimenting with painting and sculpture while making projects you’ll be proud to take home.
Give Back to the Community
Experience the joy of helping others by volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House, learning how even small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
Explore Elmwood Village
Take a walk through Buffalo’s vibrant Elmwood Village with your new friends and enjoy the fun neighborhood surrounding the Nardin campus.
